St Clare's CARE School

St Clare’s is a Catholic Secondary CARE school for girls… for when mainstream school isn’t working. St Clare’s School is a welcoming, inclusive environment, and enrolment is open to girls of Secondary School age who meet the criteria of a CARE school, and seek education at our school. We provide a small, individualised learning environment, offering diversity of learning experiences and courses. As a CARE (Curriculum and Re-engagement in Education) School, our goal is to remove obstacles to learning. Knowing how crucial education is in the trajectory of a happy and stable life, our Teaching Team and Student Support Team assist students in reengagement in education, with a safe and supportive learning environment, as well as therapeutic assistance. Trauma-informed care and positive education theory are combined to create an environment of support, and clear, safe boundaries, so that all students can flourish and grow.
