Townsville Flexible Learning Centre provides appropriate responses to the complex needs of young people in the Townsville region who have found themselves outside the mainstream educational system.

Bowen Education and Engagement Program (BEEP) is a learning group that builds young people’s existing skills in the areas of literacy, numeracy, and digital technology. It provides a range of youth and community services, some include, Girudala Community Co-operative Society Ltd, Bowen Swimming Pool, and Wes BAU Personal Training.
