Our program is a satellite VCAL that offers young parents the opportunity to return to education and complete their senior and / or intermediate VCAL. Our program is unique in that it encourages the mothers to bring their babies to class. They are offered the opportunity to complete over two years, so there is reduced pressure on the parents.
