Offers an alternate approach to education.

The Tom Quinn Community Centre Alternative School (TQCCAS) is a non-government Independent, Special Assistance School based at the Tom Quinn Community Centre in Bundaberg and supported by the Salvation Army.

Alternative education for young people in Middle school. The Alta-1 program offers a unique and individualised approach to the growth and education of young people. Individual learning pathways are created to support the uniqueness of each student’s future choices.

Our team had developed high quality and adjusted learning environments that facilitate inclusion, engagement, and academic outcomes for students years 10-12. Classrooms are designed specifically based on a collaborate environment per the students academic interests. This takes form either as a hairdressing salon, industrial workshops or sport facilities.
