An initiative of the Department of Education and Training, and as a Campus of Wodonga Senior Secondary College.  The Shepparton Flexible Learning Centre school offers individual programs for all students.

Southport Flexible Learning Centre is committed to working with all young people who wish to re-engage with education, and who may have found challenges at mainstream school. These include mental health issues, behaviour challenges, learning difficulties and just not enjoying the academic nature of mainstream education.

Our community is currently split into three groups: Red group for Years 7 and 8, Yellow group for Years 9 and 10, and Blue group for Years 11 and 12. We have a structured timetable that ensures all young people receive teaching in English and Maths, as well as Project Based Learning opportunities.

We are also currently offering a small selection of qualifications for young people in Years 10 to 12, including SAS English Communications and Pre-Vocational Maths. We teach a Certificate II in Functional Literacy, and we link with our partner school in Brisbane, the Trade Skills Centre, to offer other Certificate II level vocational courses in Automotive and Health.

Students from Year 7 to 12. Junior and Senior school, VET, TAFE, Cert courses and school based traineeships.

Mt Isa FLC  provides holistic learning experiences that address the social needs of students, and promotes their emotional, cognitive, spiritual and academic development.

Mount Isa FLC offers a holistic educational program to secondary school aged young people. Young people over 15 years are also offered accredited learning options from within the FLC or Mount Isa TAFE.

Noosa Flexible Learning Centre (NFLC) strives to create an inclusive and accepting environment where all members have opportunities to engage in genuine learning.

Creative Youth Initiative (CYI), is a unique service that provides young people aged 16-25 who are facing many and varied challenges in their lives the opportunity to engage in free TAFE accredited creative programs. CYI offers two full time core programs, Artworks! & Sounds of the Street (SOTS) as well as a support service (case management, goal setting, counselling, referral and exit planning).

Sounds of the Street (SOTS)

SOTS is a 20-week TAFE accredited music course that teaches students to compose, perform and record their own music. They also have the opportunity to learn an instrument. The students’ music is professionally mixed and mastered with students performing their compositions at the annual album launch.

Artworks!

Artworks! is a twelve-month visual arts program that provides materials, skilled one-on-one and group tuition, and a safe place to explore creativity. Students explore and experiment with various mediums including painting, sketching, sculpture, life drawing, spray art and graphic design. Works are exhibited in an annual art exhibition and students can receive commissions from public and corporate entities.

Wollongong Flexible Learning Centre is a co-educational secondary school, registered with NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA) to provide courses to young people from Year 7-10.

Arcadia College is a co-educational secondary school offering a safe, inclusive and future-focused educational and well-being program. As a special assistance school, we cater for a diverse range of students’ learning, emotional, psychological and physical needs, in order to give our students the best opportunity to build their future pathways and lives.

Indie School is a registered and accredited non-government school providing an alternative education for young people school years 9-12.
