They support school years 7 -8. Students spend one to two hours per week on personal interest projects, excursions, guest speakers, and work units covering a range of topics.

They support school years 10 -12. Students create Personalised Learning Plans based on their passions and interests, and they spend 1-2 days per week at an internship to complete their project.

They support school years 7-12. The Junior School (7-8) students focus is to form new relationships with their school, their peers and their learning. The Middle School (9-10) students learn to prepare and then participate in internships, completing their personal projects. Finally, Senior School (11-12) students act upon their Personalised Learning Plans (that they based on their passions and interests) to finalise their projects.

Students create Personalised Learning Plans based on their passions and interests, and they spend time at an internship to complete their project. They are also expected to undertake an “outlearning” experience with an external mentor within the community.
