These plans are developed by the teacher and youth worker, in consultation with the young person and their families. There are 5 student programs; Immersion (years 7&8), Project (years 9&10), Senior Transition (Yr 11&12), Mobile Engagement Program (MEP) and Specialist programs.

This was established to work with vulnerable young people who have been disengaged from school who may be referred from other Oakwood School sites, Community agencies or the Justice system to explore learning options and develop career plans.
