This campus offers medium to long term educational programs for young people. Many students are at risk of becoming disengaged as well as those who are already disconnected from mainstream education. Individual Learning Plans are developed to assist students in years 9 -10 to gain the knowledge and skills required to work towards achieving their Record of School Achievement (RoSA), or to access further training or employment. Year 11-12 are a part of the Step Up Program that provides opportunities for young people to re-engage with learning and the community. Students can attain their HSC, TAFE qualifications or work skills and experience. Step Up Program aims to provide them with greater choice in employment opportunities and the skills to make a valuable contribution to their community. Key College and Chapel Campus also provides a First Nations Education program for students called ASPIRE. Youth Off The Streets recognises that there is a gap in education attainment between First Nations and non-indigenous youth. The ASPIRE Program is for students in Year 9 – 12, although all students in Youth Off The Streets can be involved in the cultural activities.

The ICAN B ME Girls Group aims to engage young people at risk of leaving school early and work towards enrolment in pre-vocational courses, employment, and training in life skills. They are also given individual case management through the Flexible Learning Options (FLO) strategy.
